Patient Portal
The link below will take your patient portal. You will need a username and password for this feature to be active. You will receive a user name and password when you come for your visit. After receiving your log-in information, you will be asked to change your password.
Pay Your Bill Online
We have created this link to make it easy for you to make a safe online payment. Enter the invoice amount in the blank field to the right of the arrow and click make online payment. This will open a new secure page where you will enter your payment information.
